Privacy Policy

We collect the account details you provide (display name, email address), authentication data handled by our identity provider, task submission records, deposit and withdrawal records including the destination address you supply, and referral relationships.

Account data is used to operate your workspace: assigning batches, calculating payouts, reviewing deposits and withdrawals, preventing fraud and duplicate accounts, and providing support. We do not sell personal data.

Task batches run inside our managed review environment on anonymised records. Submissions are stored against your account for quality review and payout calculation. No client production data is exposed through the reviewer interface.

Data is stored in a managed database with row-level access controls, so account records are readable only by you and the operations desk. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are never stored in readable form.

Financial records (deposits, withdrawals, tier activations) are retained for the period required for accounting and anti-fraud purposes. Other account data is deleted on request where retention is not legally required.

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate details, or request deletion of your account through the Support page. Deleting an account with a pending balance may require the withdrawal to complete first.

We use only the storage necessary to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
